2. Data Collection & Transmission
2.1 How Data Is Collected
The Application does not operate its own backend server. The Service Provider does not directly collect, store, or process user data on its own servers. However, the Application does collect and transmit user data through the third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) integrated within the Application. These SDKs collect data from your device and transmit it directly to their respective third-party servers for advertising identification, analytics, and related purposes. Specifically, the advertising identifier (AAID) is collected to enable ad serving and to identify users for advertising purposes within the Application.
2.2 Third-Party SDKs and Data Transmitted
The following third-party SDKs are integrated in the Application. Each SDK collects and transmits certain data from the user’s device to its respective third-party servers:
| SDK | Provider | Data Collected & Transmitted | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Play Services | Google LLC | Device ID, Approximate Location, App Interactions, Crash Logs, Diagnostics | Core services, Authentication | Google Privacy Policy |
| AdMob | Google LLC | Advertising ID (AAID), other advertising identifiers, Approximate Location (IP-based), App Interactions, Device Info | Advertising | AdMob Privacy Policy |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Google LLC | Firebase Installation ID, App Interactions, Crash Logs, Diagnostics, Session Data | Analytics | Firebase Privacy & Security |
| Vungle (Liftoff) | Liftoff Mobile, Inc. | Advertising ID (AAID), other advertising identifiers, Approximate Location (IP-based), Device Info, Ad Interactions | Advertising | Liftoff Privacy Policy |
2.3 Data Sharing with Third Parties
The following user data types are collected by the SDKs listed above and shared with third parties (Google LLC and Liftoff Mobile, Inc.):
- Device ID or Other IDs — including the Android Advertising Identifier (AAID) and Firebase Installation ID. Shared with Google and Liftoff for advertising identification, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Approximate Location — derived from the device’s IP address (city-level granularity). Shared with Google and Liftoff for ad targeting and analytics.
- App Interactions — including session data, feature usage events, and ad interaction data (views, clicks). Shared with Google and Liftoff for analytics and advertising performance measurement.
- Crash Logs & Diagnostics — including crash stack traces, performance metrics, battery usage, and latency data. Shared with Google (Firebase) for app stability monitoring.
No server-to-server data sharing occurs. The Service Provider does not operate any backend server and therefore does not transfer any user data from a server to any third party. All data transmission occurs directly between the user’s device and the third-party SDK servers.
No data transfer to other apps on the same device occurs. The Application does not transfer user data to other applications installed on the same device.
2.4 WebView Data Collection
The Application displays advertisements through AdMob and Vungle (Liftoff) SDKs, which may utilize WebView components to render ad content. When an ad is loaded within a WebView, the ad SDK may collect and transmit data (including Advertising ID, IP address, and ad interaction data) from the WebView to the ad provider’s servers. This data transmission is controlled by the respective ad SDK, not by the Service Provider. Users are not browsing the open web through these WebViews; they are solely used to render advertisements.
3. Data Retention
The Service Provider does not store user data on its own servers. Data collected by the third-party SDKs (including Advertising ID and related data) is retained by those SDK providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies and data retention practices. Data collected for advertising identification purposes is automatically deleted within 90 days. For more details on data retention, please refer to the privacy policies of the respective third-party providers listed in Section 2.2.
4. User-Provided Information
The Application does not require user registration and does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, or phone number) from users. There is no account system within the Application. The data collected is limited to the automatically collected data described in Section 2, which is collected by the third-party SDKs solely for advertising identification and analytics purposes.
5. Precise Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information (GPS-level) of your mobile device. Only approximate location at the city level, derived from your IP address, may be collected by the third-party ad and analytics SDKs for advertising purposes.
6. Third-Party Advertising
The Application displays advertisements through the following ad networks. These networks may use the Advertising ID and approximate location to serve personalized or contextual ads:
- Google AdMob — AdMob Privacy Policy
- Vungle (Liftoff) — Liftoff Privacy Policy
To manage ad privacy preferences on your Android device:
- Go to Settings → Google → Ads to reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads to manage ad tracking preferences
7. Data Security
All data transmitted between your device and the third-party SDK servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. The Service Provider does not operate its own servers and therefore does not store any user data. Data security for information held by third-party providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
8. Data Deletion & Opt-Out
Data collected by the third-party SDKs is automatically deleted within 90 days. You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available through your mobile device or the Google Play Store. You can also manage ad tracking preferences through your device settings as described in Section 6 above.
If you have questions about your data or wish to request data deletion, please contact us at ilyetn@gmail.com. For data held by third-party SDK providers, you may also need to contact them directly.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us at ilyetn@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including the collection, sharing, and transmission of data by the third-party SDKs integrated in the Application for advertising identification and analytics purposes.
